Turn to one of our expert furnishing advisors, who have the product knowledge and practical experience to help you turn dreams into reality. They can offer as much or as little help as you need, depending on whether you choose our Standard or Premier Service.

Standard Service
This service is free. Simply book a consultation with a furnishing advisor at any John Lewis store. They will give you expert advice on choosing furnishings, and those important finishing touches. We’ll then arrange for your chosen samples to be sent to your home.We’ll also co-ordinate any orders and purchases you make and despatch them in one delivery to your home.

Premier Service
This includes all of the above, but your furnishing advisor will also visit your home to discuss your requirements. The resulting ideas will be presented on a style board, to help you visualise your chosen scheme more easily. You will receive regular updates on the progress of orders and purchases, followed by a final check once delivery is made. This service costs £200, fully refundable against the final delivery and payment of your new furnishing scheme.
